Data collected: the data you choose to send through the contact form (name, contact detail and message) and, in non-identifying form, the requests made to the MASC Care Finder, used to improve the catalogue and its answers.

Usage statistics: the site records, on its own and without third-party services, which pages and product sheets are viewed and how the Care Finder is used. No IP addresses, device identifiers or personal data are stored; visits from the same browser tab are grouped by a random code that expires when the tab is closed and is kept only in hashed form. If your browser sends the Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, no statistics are recorded.

Purpose: replying to the requests received and improving catalogue content. Consent to be contacted is collected separately from sending the message.

Retention and rights: you can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data at any time through the Contact page.
